What is Physiolates (Clinical Pilates)?
Physiolates is a Rehabilitation exercise program near Huntingdale for injury management utilising various types of equipment including pilates reformer beds, weights, bikes, bands, steps, foam rollers, trapeze table and many more. At Glen Eira Physio we focus on developing individual programs of Physiotherapy exercises that aim to treat an injury, tone and stretch your body, correct poor posture, alignment and movement patterns. This will reduce the risk of injury and re-injury in the future.

Prior to joining our classes, our physiotherapists will book you in for a full assessment, followed by 3-5 private sessions, during which time a specific and safe program will be created for you.

Upon completing your individual sessions, you can transition to our group classes near Huntingdale. These classes are facilitated by accomplished Physiotherapists who have received postgraduate education in clinical Pilates. Depending on your health fund’s stipulations and your current rehab needs, these classes might be claimable. Our Physiolates courses cater to a wide range of conditions including sports injuries, spinal issues, joint replacements, muscle strengthening, posture alignment, and more. Our new Physiolates rehabilitation studio is located within the brand new One Space Health Facility with a purpose-built gym and pilates studio, change rooms and waiting area.
