Prior to joining our classes, our physiotherapists will book you in for a full assessment, followed by 3-5 private sessions, during which time a specific and safe program will be created for you.

After finishing your private sessions, you’re eligible to join one of our group classes near Glen Huntly. These classes are led by highly skilled Physiotherapists who have undergone advanced training in clinical Pilates. You may be able to claim these classes through your health fund, depending on your eligibility and whether you’re at our clinic for injury recovery. Our Physiolates routines are designed for a variety of needs including sports and spinal injuries, post-surgery rehab for hips and knees, general fitness, posture problems, arthritis, and ACL issues. Additionally, we offer dedicated classes for expectant mothers.

Our new Physiolates rehabilitation studio is located within the brand new One Space Health Facility with a purpose-built gym and pilates studio, change rooms and waiting area.
