What is Physiolates (Clinical Pilates)?

Utilising equipment ranging from pilates reformer beds to foam rollers, we at Glen Eira Physio strive to develop bespoke exercise programs in physiotherapy that not only treat injuries but also help in fine-tuning your body, posture, and movement, ultimately lowering the chances of future mishaps.
Our programs are individual and designed according to your injury.
Before you join our group sessions, our physiotherapists will arrange for an in-depth assessment and then guide you through 3-5 private sessions. During this period, a customised and safety-oriented exercise plan will be developed just for you.

Our Program
After finishing your private sessions, you’re eligible to join one of our group classes near Bentleigh East. These classes are led by highly skilled Physiotherapists who have undergone advanced training in clinical Pilates. You may be able to claim these classes through your health fund, depending on your eligibility and whether you’re at our clinic for injury recovery. Our Physiolates routines are designed for a variety of needs including sports and spinal injuries, post-surgery rehab for hips and knees, general fitness, posture problems, arthritis, and ACL issues. Additionally, we offer dedicated classes for expectant mothers.

Our new Physiolates rehabilitation studio is located within the brand new One Space Health Facility with a purpose-built gym and pilates studio, change rooms and waiting area.
