Emma Dibble

Physiotherapist

Emma is a Physiotherapist with a strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation and clinical Pilates. She graduated from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in 2020, before completing her Physiotherapy degree in 2024.

Emma has worked across both clinical and gym-based environments, developing an exercise-focused approach to rehabilitation. She enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities, helping them understand their condition, build confidence in their body and return to the activities they enjoy.

While Emma has a particular interest in strength and conditioning, she also has a passion for helping people prepare for and recover from surgery. She particularly enjoys working with people undergoing hip and knee replacements, from preparing their body and building strength before surgery through to their post-operative rehabilitation and helping them return to the activities that are important to them.

Emma completed her APPI Matwork and Equipment training in 2021 and is also qualified in dry needling. She takes a personalised and practical approach to rehabilitation, combining hands-on treatment with targeted exercise to help her patients achieve their goals.

Outside of the clinic, Emma enjoys spending time with friends and family, running and walking along the beach, and spending time with her golden retriever, Gregory
