Our programs are individual and designed according to your injury.
Prior to joining our classes, our physiotherapists will book you in for a full assessment, followed by 3-5 private sessions, during which time a specific and safe program will be created for you.

These classes are facilitated by accomplished Physiotherapists who have received postgraduate education in clinical Pilates.
