Jack Mest - Associate Physio

After graduating with a bachelor of Physiotherapy at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia in 2008, Jack quickly established himself in the field of Sports medicine. After commencing a Masters in Sports Physiotherapy, he joined Collingwood Football Club. He was also involved in elite tennis, and in 2014 was tournament Physiotherapist at Melbourne Park. Upon arrival in London in 2014, Jack quickly found his feet and joined the team at Physiotherapy London in Canary Wharf.

Whilst working in the clinic he was also offered a part time position as academy physiotherapist at Tottenham Hotspur FC, which balanced his physiotherapy London commitments. Jack has a keen interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, knee injuries, sports injuries and chronic pain as well as Clinical Pilates. Jack is a '"born and bred'' local to the Carnegie area, where he has now returned following his time abroad. He attended local schools, Glen Huntly Primary and was a graduate of McKinnon Secondary College. He played in both junior local football and cricket teams and spent his university years working in retail on Koornang road and getting to know many of the local businesses long before the suburb's development into what it has become today. Jack has a wealth of experience from both home and abroad, treating athletes of all ages from diverse sporting backgrounds. We are excited to welcome Jack to our team.
