This will reduce the risk of injury and re-injury in the future.
All our instructors are both qualified physiotherapists as well as accredited clinical pilates instructors. Our programs are individually tailored to your needs and injury to ensure that the program is safe and effective. In addition, our classes have maximum of four per group to ensure personal attention at all times. Our clinic has the equipment for real time ultrasound which enables us to scan the core muscles to check you are using them correctly.
Rebate through private health insurance extras may be available.
An initial consultation is done at the start. We then require that the clients complete a minimum of 5 individual sessions with a physio before joining groups. This ensures that the program is safe and tailored to your needs. Groups have maximum of four per group. Sessions purchased in bulk are at a discounted price and are non-refundable. Pre paid sessions expire 12 months from date of purchase.
