Pilates Classes
Class Times and Pricing
An initial consultation is done at the start. We then require that the clients complete a minimum of 5 individual sessions with a physio before joining groups. This ensures that the program is safe and tailored to your needs. Groups have maximum of three per group. Sessions purchased in bulk are at a discounted price and are non-refundable.
Join with a Friend
When you join with a friend, you each attend an initial consultation and then can attend your five sessions together if desired at a reduced rate before joining classes!
